Refund policy

We make gear for people who don't complain much. But if something's actually wrong, we'll fix it — no bureaucratic runaround, no filing a 27-page incident report.

We cover you if:

  • We sent you the wrong thing (not our finest moment)
  • Your order showed up damaged or defective (unacceptable — we have standards)

You've got 30 days from purchase to flag it. After that, we're going to assume you're keeping it.

You know how to take care of things under pressure. Treat your H&H gear the same way — follow the washing instructions included with your order and it'll outlast most of your coworkers' patience.
