We make gear for people who don't complain much. But if something's actually wrong, we'll fix it — no bureaucratic runaround, no filing a 27-page incident report.
We cover you if:
- We sent you the wrong thing (not our finest moment)
- Your order showed up damaged or defective (unacceptable — we have standards)
You've got 30 days from purchase to flag it. After that, we're going to assume you're keeping it.
